Reminds me of Corbin and his creations. This level of LEGO skill seems rare.
This base buildings are from instructions, just modified over time from random additions and patch jobs after it gets broken in play.
Also, it's amazing what lack of "stimulation" does for a child's creativity. He probably voluntarily spends on average about three hours a day by himself downstairs just building and making up stories.
