I should show this to Kirstin's Dad, he loves finding things on the side of the road or in the trash. His prized catch is two canoes, a Kayak, a BBQ and a collapsable car shelter all basically brand new in a Cosco garbage bin. The only thing he could find wrong with them was that the barcodes had all been cut off.
As a side note, on slide three of the slideshow (http://www.nytimes.com/slideshow/2012/07/24/nyregion/20120724appraisal-3.html) you can see a photo of flowers under the red poster. We have that same photo, which I was tempted to throw out, but ended up using the "happy room", because it matched the garish colours.
I noticed that as well. Good to know that one of your photos is also being displayed in a museum somewhere. It may be a trash museum, but hey you still get bragging rites. Next house tour... "and in this room we have a picture that is also on display in a museum in New York City."
Umm... how does Sara feel about you associating that photo with trash? Those happy colours (and dyed flowers) are right up her alley? I can think of many places that picture has hung!

Nice. That's pretty impressive.
